A whole month of preparation and zombie evading has come to an end – and I do hope that we are all still alive?
It is Halloween and we are finally reaching our finish line! But it doesn’t have to stop here. The zombs are not stopping – and neither are we. If you want to keep this up and…
I completely forgot about this until this morning when other people’s posts began showing up. So, I’m catching up.
Day 1: No Before pic, but my weight was 143.
Day 2: (Goals):
1: Lose 10 pounds by Jan. 1.
2: Not miss a workout, including yoga, cycling and my fitness ladder.
3: Get much better at yoga.
4: Climb at least two rungs on the fitness ladder.
Day 3 (Bad Habits):
1: Not drinking enough water.
2: Not getting enough sleep.
3: Putting things off.


So “literally” literally means “figuratively” now, virtually speaking. And up is down and aluminum is a drink.

I think I’ve got the right balance of calisthenics, cycling, yoga and walkimg figured out. Now I just have to determine how long it takes for my yoga performance to stop being embarrassing.
