Me: That was a good workout.
Cat (while kneading my abs with her paws): I dunno, man. If you were in shape, nothing would move when I do this.

Last day of vacation and I accomplished all my fitness goals. I even n lost 2.8 pounds.

Different message everytime you drag it. This is perfect. This needs to be on everyone’s dash.
Perfect

I got a new personal best for the longest time on the bike and longest distance. (Yeah, I know. Hard to do one with the other.) I’m feeling too all around about this week. I expected to blow my diet this week since I was on vacation. Normally, I’d go through a bag of chips a day but I held myself to under 1,500 calories a day and didn’t miss a workout and actually lost weight.
Whoop whoop, our second challenge is here! For those that enjoyed #teamnocheats, here is #happyhealthyholidays! A challenge that takes place November First through January First of 2015 – this is your way to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle through one of the most difficult times of the year. The holiday months are known to take a toll on people, both mentally and physically. The average person gains between 8 and 15 pounds during this time! This is your way to combat that!
The hashtag challenge and the yoga challenge are optional! They are both a way to keep you on track with the challenge but are not necessary. You can participate on both tumblr and instagram! Pictures, word posts, videos, whatever you want! Just hashtag it as #happyhealthyholidays 🙂
The creators and hosts of this challenge are myself, fitchris25 and fitandfruity. You can also find us on Instagram under natashaxjade, fitchris25, and fitandfruityy. Be sure to tag us in your posts on both tumblr and instagram so we can see your stuff! 🙂
There will also be mini-challenges (once a week) for you guys to participate in! Winners of the mini-challenges will be feature on our blogs and Instagrams 🙂
Remember that this is not a strict challenge, if you miss a day or fall of the wagon, it’s no problem! We want you to be happy and healthy during these holiday months (and for life), so do what works for you. Make this your challenge. There is no one right way to do this challenge. Everyone’s will be different and that is 100% ok 🙂
Just reblog this post, and feel free to repost it on Instagram/Facebook/etc and spread the word!

What happens if you forget to log into a gaming site on time …

I almost hated tearing myself away from Blake’s 7 to workout, but good excuses are still excuses.
I started this virtual mission the same time I started walking to Rivendale. Great site. Pick your beginning and end points and plug in the distance you travel each day while working out. Google maps and street view let you see where all that running would have gotten you.
So I’ve never denied being a nerd. Tonight, I am a proud nerd. I have finally done it. I have reached Rivendale. It took 108 days of walking, jogging and biking, but I’ve covered the 458 miles from Bag End to Rivendale.
And I’m about to start the long, 462 mile trek from RIvendale to Lothlorien. I’m expecting it to go much more quickly.
When I first began this journey, I was walking each night with Zombies, Run! I walked an hour a night in July for about three miles. In September, I was getting between 4-6 miles a night and walking between an hour and a hour and a half. In October, I started cycling at about six miles in 40 minutes. That’s now up to 10 miles in 45 minutes.
I’ve lost about 18 pounds along the way, but more importantly, I feel a lot better and have a lot more stamina and I feel a lot better about myself.
So I’m looking forward to the next part of the trip.
